You can download QuickLook free of charge from the Microsoft Store. Seer, an app also available for Windows, is very similar to QuickLook, but I personally prefer the features and UI of QuickLook and the fact it’s regularly updated through the Microsoft Store. It works well for most file types that you’d want to preview, but GIFs might take an extra few seconds to load.
